Kale coulda sworn he just went though all the names. Hullo. Earth to Tavie-Tav-Tav. Welp, she was still adjusting so Kale could forgive the confusion. He repeated himself slowly, “Phoebe, Meeks and Cece.” Those people had been totally kissed on and now he had totally ruined everything.
Cuz Kale Trent was a ruiner apparently.
With a groan fit for, like, the grandest stage in the world, Kale squished Tavie and continued. He said, “Fi told me she didn’t wanna kiss me anymore cuz she was catching serious feelings. And then Meeks told me that both Fi and Cece had B I G feelings about me. Which turned out to be, like, not strictly true. And Cece confronted Meeks about it. Who got mad and isn’t talking to anybody anymore. And now Cece feels guilty. And it’s all a mess, bro.” Who would’ve thought kissing a group of friends would’ve been complicated? Not Kale.
