Kinsay James had no energy left in her little (but still growing!!!) body. The train ride had drained her personal battery down to 45%, but the feast... the feast had it in the negatives. So when she entered the common room, following the crowd, she nearly collapsed.
She didn't collapse though, not yet. Instead she had the decency to make it to the corner of the room (walking past a fearful looking first year--one of the twins), where she then sat on the floor by herself. Clutching her knees to her chest, Kizzy watched as Emmerson screamed and kicked pillows. Usually she'd be right there joining her friend, but for now she sat by herself.
She found herself silently agreeing with Bethani as she lowered her head. Those people did suck. "I want to go home."
