Violet had gotten the milk warming in her cauldron and then added the mixture of water and citric acid to it and started stirring it gently as she listened to the class go on around her. A stirring spell? Yes, Violet supposed that would make things go faster, but why would you want to go faster? Violet could brew potions all day, she didn't want to get through faster, and besides, she was not convinced that a stirring potion worked quite as well as stirring by hand.
