Ivy heard Claudine yelling at her and opened her mouth to say something, but she decided against it. She didn’t want to get a reputation for being a drama queen, after all.
But then she heard other kids around her saying things... that she was a dummy for making a flat screen TV, coming to Professor Schmoe’s defense. Knowing that no one was going to stand up for her, not to Claudine or any of the other students, Ivy went back to her desk in the back of the classroom, pulled out her sketchbook, and started to draw, not wanting to be a part of the activity anymore.
Instead, she drew a TV in her sketchbook and started drawing the two anchors on the television... a woman with shoulder length voluminous hair parted to the side, and a man with a well-combed haircut and facial hair that he kept neatly trimmed...
