Charlie had listened as people described all of the ways in which muggles might communicate and all she could think of was how her family often told each other what was happening through letters because her parents were always traveling and didn't have access to reliable internet or news paper. She didn't raise that point simply because it was a bit weird to those who weren't always having to do that sort of thing.
