"More cake is always a selling point." Mariana smiled a bit around her fork and then took another bite, savoring the flavor. Dessert before dinner had been an amazing choice. "I'm a warm weather fan myself, but I do agree that there's never a dull moment living here." There was plenty to do and see and enjoy, which was one of the reasons she'd stayed.

"Nice to meet you, YATI Grabiel. I'm Mariana. I'm a botanist on level four." And she loved everything about it. The greenhouses had become a second home to her and while the ministry could be a bit...much at times, she wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

"...That's strange." She noticed the change in the room, how a few of the people conversing around them had seemed to stop, how their heads had turned. Was that..smoke?
