From Friday, the 2nd of February 2103 to Sunday, the 4th of February 2103, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry will be organizing a Care of Magical Creatures camping field trip to the International Yeti Camp for Observation in Tibet [IYCOT]. The trip will begin at 07:00 sharp and will return to Hogwarts by the end of Sunday night.

I hereby absolve the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry of any liability for unfortunate effects that may arise from my own refusal to employ common sense and follow the instructions I am given. I recognize that my child's refusal to follow all safety guidelines and instructions may result in their maiming, death, or other unforeseeable consequences for which I will not hold the school financially or otherwise responsible. By submitting this permission slip, I hereby give the school permission to transport my child internationally via portkey.

So roll with it! Just bring it filled out to the lesson!
