This was a terrible class. Defense Against the Dark Arts was supposed to be FUN. But Kizzy didn't learn anything! It was so very terrible. She'd ask Phoebe and Teddy to teach her spells so that next time she didn't look stupid. That's how she felt right now. Really, really dumb.

Kinsay was ~~not~~ ready, bouncing on her toes so that the moment the older Gryffindor raised her wand, she took off RUNNING. Where was she running to? Who knows. She was just dodging the spell. AND it worked! For the first one. She didn't know what the second spell did, but she wasn't going to wait to find out. Instead she ran all sorts of zig-zags and loop-de-loops. And ultimately, she decided the best trick of them all! Running into the sea of other people who were watching the duel.

She couldn't make a shield with her wand because she didn't know the spell yet. BUT she could use other people as a shield! Everyone was so tall that it made it easy to hide. She tried her best to hide behind everyone. So sneaky. So, so sneaky. Momma would be so proud.
