Kizzy had underestimated how exhausting the day would be. Upon arrival at Diagon Alley, her energy felt endless. Now it felt... at its end. Fortunately there was an easy fix-all solution and it happened to be ice cream. AND she was of age (for Hogwarts and nothing else) now, which meant her requests would be taken more seriously. (This was likely far from the truth, but she was granted permission for ice cream nevertheless).
With her dessert already in tow (a double scoop of some fruity sorbet with lots of coconut flakes to top it off), Kinsay made her way outside of the shop to find a nice, unoccupied table for herself. It was very busy today, but despite this she managed to find the BEST table Florean Fortescue's had to offer. It was actually the perfect spot to enjoy her ice cream, except for the fact that it was positioned directly under the sun. This made the 11 year-old frown. It did have an umbrella though and Kinsay was smart enough to know how to open it up. So she skipped over with delight after deciding she could handle the task on her own.
Setting her ice cream cup down, she climbed up, onto the round table and lifted the ends of the umbrella to take a look underneath. Hm. Maybe she didn't know how to open it up by herself after all. She did know she could figure it out though. Maybe.
