Could a ghost lose their memory? Probably not but Nick was beginning to question his all the same. He knew what year it was, but he also knew what year he’d seen this other set of students. Now with everyone losing colour so rapidly, they all looked alike and he could never tell when he was talking to one from the present or the past.

Floating up from the floor beneath, Sir Nicholas stopped when he saw a few students and staff gathered in the library.
