Once Conley returned, those old blue eyes looked at the cocktail. "Last time I was here, they did not allow us to have alcohol at ministry functions." Nero gently took the cocktail glass in one gloved hand with a wry smile. "That never stopped us though. I had bottles of wine hidden all over the ministry. Perhaps I can dig one up for the lovely couple." The doctor beamed, raising his glass, while also trying to avoid any questions about what he was trying to do with the corpse flower.
