re-arranging a bit ♣ Heejin here | Did somebody say coffee & cakes? | cat lover ♣ Jonathan and Fletcher barely talk about their private lives especially when they're in the office so it is quite embarrassing for him to ask Jessa. He greeted her with a smile and then grinned at Fletcher. "Another congratulations to you both" he responded. He was about to ask more, cheesy stuff mainly which Jonathan wants to know if he is but alas Fletcher interrupted them both. "This man was quite the busy bee during the holidays" he chuckled before taking a sip.
Without hesitation he followed Fletcher, it was time to mingle. He smiled upon approaching Minister Hollingberry"Good evening, Minister" he greeted. He was going to ask about Hogwarts stuff just in case he has word from them and all BUT this was not the time to ask that. He doesn't want to spoil the minister's mood by it really.
His eyes glanced at the new hires, he remembers one of the new employees that Fletcher hugged. Kodee Chosen was it? He specifically remembers him being frozen by Flamsteed from awhile back. Wow, time surely did fly fast.
He glanced back at Fletcher and raised his glass as well. We're they all going to clink glasses? "Cheers" Yes? Yeeeesss? ------------------------------- Kiko chuckled as well and then glanced back at the flower again. She's still concerned about the flower blooming. Ryder said that when this flower blooms it will smell like a dead body and that's something she's not looking forward to. She did not cancel her plans of staying at home and doing absolutely nothing for this. "What do you think will happen if it blooms tonight? I'm sure they have a plan B for this." right? Perhaps not.
She smiled when Ryder greeted another familiar co-worker. See, Kiko can only remember faces and names of people she worked with................. and the Minister, obviously. Which is also why she convinced herself to come to this party. It was part of her New Year's resolution to at least do something about her shyness in crowds. This is great practice for her. Speaking of holidays, she nodded at his question "I traveled in France alone for the holidays, it was fun" she got to drink and dine in great restaurants. "How about you?"
