Davie made certain to roll away from/stop squishing Sachiko quickly, or at least, as quickly as he could. Considering his limited athletic abilities, this scenario just continued to be an awkward sight for his roommates to see. He let out a sigh before he turned to her, still squinting, as she spoke. Hang on, she wanted a drink? He owed her a DRINK?!
"You owe me a new pair of spectacles," Davie retorted with some tone, blink-blinking at the patting on his cheek. The dry cleaning? He didn't understand why he should be held responsible for that, as it was her own choice in footwear that had let her down. On a more important note: should he be used to all this touching by now? This was certainly NOT the first time that Sachiko had invaded his personal space AND laid her hands on him (though to be perfectly honest, he hadn't r e a l l y minded it on either occasion). Davie shook his head and now PROPERLY pulled himself, and her, up, his hand lingering on her back as he made certain she had her balance before he went off to fetch the shoe. Even though he had to hold the red stiletto stupidly close to his face in order to fix it, it only took a tap of his wand for the heel to regrow like new.
There. He returned to her side with the shoe. Surely she wasn't going to make him put it on her, was she....? "Sachiko, I have your shoe......" Er, yes, he was stating the obvious. "I uh......" He glanced toward Genny and Sam as though to check if they were still there or not. Could he see them? Well, two blurs were still on the steps anyway. "I could buy you a drink now, if you're not terribly busy." Just putting it out there. They both knew that he wouldn't attempt to find her any other time, and honestly, he was looking to leave his lovely coupley friends alone for now. Genny was still in a big mood for some reason. And Sam was.... Sam. Ugh. Still existing.
