Finally she'd arrived at the right level for the Transportation Department and...there was no one at the reception desk. No bell or anything either. Just a visitor log.

Well, this wasn't an emergency emergency, so Regina would just wait for whenever someone came through. That was all she could do really.

She signed the visitor book and took a seat.

Hmm, maybe she'd read the Daily Prophet for the first time in...well, she didn't know how long it'd been, actually. She didn't make it a habit to constantly read the newspaper.
