Right now, torn between the fifth one and the seventh one. Fifth one because Harry begins to experience different emotions now that Voldemort's back and (because he's growing up). We see more anger, more empathy, more frustration, more 'adult' feelings, I suppose. And then the seventh one because it's the longest (most time spent in the HP universe) and because it's the end... everything comes full circle and is explained beautifully.
