Chloe was wandering around Diagon, happily just people watching and wondering if she could see any of her friends. Despite all of her anxiety before getting home, actually being at home was pretty great. She and Luz were getting along and she was enjoying spending time with her family.
Family.
It was so nice to have one of them again. A nice loving family.
And she had friends and even a few boys she liked.. though she quickly moved her thoughts on from the two Gryffindors who had caught her eye and her heart... that was complicated right now.. and it was hard for her to deal with complicated.
It was such a far cry from last year at this time.
She pushed some of her blonde hair behind her ears and looked over at the fountain. Making sure that she didn’t get any water sprayed at her and giggling softly as other people did.
