Cole now knew what sleep deprived meant. Waking up more than 5 times a night to give baby Christopher food and attention was hard since he really acted like a real fussy and crying baby who had needs. He didn't understand how real mothers and father's did it. Caring for a real baby must be exhausting when he was a frightened parent for a fake babydoll. With Christopher bundled up against the draft in the corridors and nuzzled up protectively against his shoulder Cole turned his eyes attention to look down at Claudine. "Christopher cries mostly when he is hungry or if it goes too long inbetween the times you play, cuddle or change his diaper." The diaper was definitely the most icky part of the baby parenting assignment.

Following Claudine over to a quiet part of the music room Cole looked for somwhere to lie Christopher down but there wasn't anything in sight that seemed suitable. A stool he could too easily slip off and injure himself. Thoughtfully he replied "He isn't so difficult when you've gotten a hang of feeding and so on. You just have to remember to not drop him or put somewhere dangerous like too close to a cauldron or such."

It was then that his rat Harry decided to crawl up and out of his favourite robe pocket for an affectionate scratch. Reaching up with his hand that wasn't holding the baby tight Cole lifted his hand up to scratch the rat between the ears getting an idea. "Would you like a rat Claudine?"
