"Honestly?" Trent leaned back in his chair, gauging how much he was willing to send the Gryffindor away with. "I'm not entirely sure. There's a few things that could've brought them here and that's only if they are who they're pretending to be. I've got a few hunches I'll be following up on but that's why we can't be blindly following along with just anything they say."

Had to find out more about them first. Their purpose, their motivation, all that fancy stuff.

"I've already ruled out a few things but there's still a few more. It's nothing for you to worry about. Your professors and I will handle it."

He'd...just have to find these founders first. But with all he'd been hearing, he didn't suspect they'd be tremendously difficult to track for too long.

It was just a matter of time and patience.
