The nod was a bit assuring to Nora, and it was enough for her, kind of. After all, talking about creatures dying wasn't exactly pleasant, but a matter of observation and care for them in their last moments.

With no hesitation, though, she covered her ears as quickly and tightly as possible, her hair almost being the perfect earmuffs, if it wasn't for the cracking noise the jobberknoll made. That was going to be hard to get over. Once the bird quiet down, she scratched her ears, her head shaking a bit to get over the moment of small chaos.

And then came the phoenixes!!! Nora kept a neutral expression at just the thought of them coming to their burning day, though they'd be coming back from the ashes soon after. Once the professor asked to make groups to pamper the creatures, Nora immediately turned to Jillian, "Come on, let's find more people to team up with..." she motioned as she looked around.
