He was wandering down to the new caretakers house to see what he had going on, when he noticed a pen full of dogs and a girl inside with them.

“Are we just allowed in there like that?” He asked a bit bluntly.

Cordelia looked up to stare at the boy who had just asked her if they were allowed in here. Was he for real? ”Of course we are.” She pointed to the sign on the fence inviting them in to play with the dogs. Seriously, the nerve of this boy to ask her if she could do something that she clearly had permission to do was unbelievable. ”Are you coming to play with us or are you just going awkwardly stand there?” Cordelia scratched one of the dogs under the chin. She couldn’t care less if he joined them or not. He had been rude to her, after all. Stupid people always out to ruin her fun. While there were many things which she had done that would warrant someone questioning if she was allowed to do it, this was not one of them. Just for that, she did not like this boy at all.
