Nothing could beat the thrill of chasing the snitch in a quidditch match, but the prospect of an epic adventure sounded pretty fun. It was weird how the seeker position was called seeker while chaser was a completely different position when most of what the seeker did was chasing the snitch. Finding it was the easy part.
