As she had learned last term, it was best to profess one's innocence before commencing a trial. Anyway. Bernie shook her head at the Slytherin and gathered up her candy wrappers so he'd have more room to sit. "Blake, this is Elias. He's NEW to Hogwarts this year. Elias, this is Blake Ryan. We're.... friends." SHE SUPPOSED. She eyed the Slytherin second-year before adding, "I've been telling Elias how to earn house points." And how to lose them, heh.

He eyed the newcomer with a mixture of interest and skepticism. Blake had been looking for Bernie all over, and just now found her? They were in the middle of the train and their door was open. Bad sleuthing skills, there. Elias listened to the exchange between Bernie and Blake before offering up a noncommital, "Hi."
Were they friends? He supposed friendship came in all shapes and varieties. Shrug shrug shrug.
See even Bernadette admitted they were friends.
"Oh a firstie." Blake added looking a the new kid... well that wasn't really fair Blake was new kid as far as Hogwarts went .. but Blake new wayyyyyyyyy more magic than this firstie could even dream of ... right??? ... well for sure... Blake puffing up his chest to assert his dominance or something
"Well Bernadette here just loosing points mostly .. like by throwing apples at your head." Blake laughed at the memory of when he had actually met Bernadette and so began their love hate relationship.
"Should be a good year though!" Blake was excited and ready to actually start his first year at Hogwarts.
