It was late, but it wasn't out of character for Victoria to be in the office late, what was out of character was the fact that she was in the minister's office and not level seven. Could you be in there because she figured he was at home and she wouldn't run into him or was she hoping to run into him, just hoping he was working late as well?

The world may never know, but for now, she was looking around with a stack of papers in her hand. Seeing someone working she headed that way, "Excuse me, sorry to bother you, but I just need to be pointed in the right direction for some paperwork." She usually just sent them interoffice mail, but today she decided to take them personally to this office.
