Hi everyone! Welcome to the month of November and your chance to meet Harron Peasley - ME! My name is Laura, or Lawra as some people around here know me.

I'm pretty glad I got November because it's my birthday month. If I didn't hate the cold, wet English autumn it would be the best month of the year. But I'm a summer baby at heart!

I've been on SS since April 2009, so I celebrated my 10 year anniversary earlier this year. I've come and gone over the years - my absences mostly happened due to exam periods IRL - but I always find my way back into the SS community. Right now I've a student and Ministry employees, and I moderate the non-HP forum, 4 Privet Drive, and our very own book club, The Book Seekers.

Away from SS, I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry a year ago this month! time flies and currently work for a chemical company in technical sales and STEM outreach. STEM outreach is one of my biggest passions, and something I've had a job in since I started university.
