Alexandre stared at his papers as the solutions soaked into the papers. They were making colors, which was really cool. They all started out as black ink and now there were colors. But just looking at those colors didn't really mean much to him. They were just colors, after all. Oh, Professor Noble had the colors of the ransom note. Alexandre looked at it and then looked back at his papers. Those were the same colors as the color of Schmoe's ink! That must mean he was the one who wrote the ransom note! Right?
"Aha!" He declared. People were already saying it was Schmoe so he didn't really feel the need to repeat them. What were they going to do now? Were they going to go get him and confront him? That was what a proper detective should do probably. And he wanted those cookies! |
