The first Muggle Studies lessons of the year. This was a subject that Claudine knew she was bound to be rubbish at. Most of her life had been spent on learning things about the Wizarding world. What she would do was to decide if the subject was really worth it; if it wasn’t, then it would simply be a class she wouldn’t be attending.

With her stomach satisfied by a small but delicious meal, the first year located the classroom. “Good day, Professor,’’ she said, quietly, her eyes boring into the man’s. Schmoe was his name, right? What kind of name was that? Claudine marveled that parents gave their offspring stupid names. Not having anything else to say, her intense gaze swung to the board. Create a name tent? That was something she could do.

Once seated towards the back of the class (on a bench), she took the paper provided and folded it neatly into a tent. It was easy for her to do as she did have a bit of an artistic talent. Once done, her name was printed neatly and boldly with her pencil:
