Gemma smiled at Faye. 'Make a friend, check.' Gemma quickly looked around the table noticing more people had showed up. 'Can this sorting hurry up so I can eat please?'
She quickly snapped out of her thoughts when their bleeding professor yelled at them. 'We have to deal with him all term...? He already seems to hate us so that'll be interesting.' Gemma rolled her eyes as she took her seat. She picked up her napkin and gracefully placed it in her lap.
Who else was at this table? A metamorphmagus, a chatty little Gryffindor, someone having a panic attack... 'Isn't he a Slytherin? Oh dear...' Gemma looked away seeming that another Slytherin was helping him. Her eyes fixed on a disgruntled Ravenclaw (Balthamos.) 'Did the Sorting Hat make the right choice in placing him there?' She laughed a little to herself at that thought. His personality right now seemed to fit her house better. |
