The ex-badger did not have to worry about the ex-dragon. He could tell that the hubby really was okay and just needed to get over the shock of discovering that they were going to be fathers to an additional baby. That would make three kiddos in total... was it wrong that he was thinking of asking his other half if they could try for baby number four? Now probably wasn’t a good time as they had to deal with the current, exciting situation at hand. “I’m surprised too,’’ he murmured. “But it’s a good kind of surprise.’’ The man smiled at the reassuring squeeze then turned to look at the doctor as she responded to the question.

“Well, I think we all can handle twins.’’ The guy looked to his cousin. “Right?’’
“Definitely,” the young woman said, smiling broadly. She was pretty happy to help the couple in this way. She herself was excited for the birth of the twins but there was still a long way to go. In the meanwhile, she would have to deal with the vomiting and all the other irksome symptoms. |
