It was a funny feeling, displacement. A sense of being on edge that he couldn't shake. Noble had been feeling it for a while now, having lost access to many of his favourite places at Hogwarts. The little things: being able to wander the grounds, lost in thought as he collected ingredients; owling his daughter and friends; the solace of having his own office. So it was a relief that the evacuation plans were finally in place and being put into action.
He'd eventually be going down to the third floor himself, but for now, he was ushering the students along from the common rooms. Then he'd do a final check, making sure everyone was out of the towers and there were no stragglers. He wanted no-one else left behind, to face the mist by themselves.
"Hurry along," he said, waving the student towards the staircases. "Directly down to the third floor. As orderly as you can. The Headmaster will give you further instructions once you're there."
