Pileus Turritus she began by repeating it in her head several times. Once she was ready she pulled her wand out from the holster on wrist. "Pileus Turritu," she cast confidently while preforming the movement with her wand, the picture of a top hat clear in her head. When it didn't appear after the first try it most certainly did appear for the second. There on her desk was a slightly smaller than average top hat but a top hat nonetheless.
