After helping to show some confused looking first years on their way, the seventh year joined her housemates at the Slytherin table. "Hey everyone." Her smile was a tired one, but it was there as she smoothed down her hair and glanced around. Noticing the new kid, she offered him a wave. "Hi, I'm vita. Welcome to Slytherin house."
...Hopefully he wasn't the troublemaking sort.
Austin waved at the prefect, giving her a small smile. He wondered what her reaction would be. Probably the same.
