It wasn't exactly the warmest day today. Hogwarts seemed to be in that in-between winter and spring stage. It was sunny.....but the air was cold, which was deceiving.
But Tessa didn't want to be stuck inside any more.
After walking the grounds for a while, she passed the Maize Maze. She usually walked right past it. After all, she had completed it before in previous years, so the novelty of it had worn off. However, today she felt drawn to it, for some reason. Maybe it was the shadows that were being cast...or...who knows. Whatever the reason, Tessa decided she had nothing better to do and entered the maze, letting herself get lost.
