Background:
Dixie spent her childhood on her family farm, learning about and working with organic farming methods. Her passion continued into her adulthood and, after four long years completing her herbology degree, she decided to follow her heart and attend culinary school. After finishing her training, she was fortunate enough to land a job as a private chef to the wealthy and famous.
Now that she’s getting a bit older, she has decided to focus on her writing career. Dixie has written two best selling cookbooks, along with having a thriving natural lifestyle blog.
