"Torii... hiccup... Victoria?" That seemed a little odd, unless she just went by her middle name, which he supposed sometimes people did.

"Jacob," he answered simply, followed by another hiccup. Guess that one didn't work either. He glanced up at the board too, unsure of what to try next. He wasn't sure there were any lemons in the classroom, and.... drink what upside down?

How about... Hiccup. "I'm going to try... hiccup... pressing my tongue on the roof of my mouth." And then she could suggest the next one if this didn't work.
