Alek decided, against his natural instincts, to remain calm, serene and absolutely silent. He would not respond to the comments from his colleagues or the ridiculously disrespectful Head Girl. He was a cucumber.
He looked on as they went through their tirades not caring one ounce. The only person he would respond to was the Headmaster. "Yes, Headmaster. It will never happen again." When the headmaster invited him back to his office to discuss punishment he nodded his head and replied, "Yes, sir. I will be there as soon as I set my abode right." He gave a curt nod, and turned towards his tent.
Hopefully the rest of these miscreants got the picture and would leave. ASAP.
