He said so. Yup. They could discuss more about her performance at the IMPS tomorrow at lunch, since she said yes (wooh!), but not now if it was only going to dampen her spirits.

"That's cool. Your Dad's job was cool." Owen punctuated with a fervent nod. He had a particular admiration for people who worked with memory restoration and such. It was a very delicate task.

As for lunch, "Do you, er, have a certain favorite dish? I can cook some of it for you." This. This was the Hufflepuff way of extending friendly relationships, and Owen was a pro at it. "I'm a pretty fine cook, if you didn't know." Cue more grinning. Just so she wouldn't think he had any other ulterior motive. He had none...yet. But if she wanted to stick with foodcourt food for then he wouldn't get hurt. Okay, maybe slightly.
