~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. They made it back to the house but this was something that Adi had no memory of. One minute he was outside and the next, in the house that he and Benny had bought together. It wasn’t until he heard Benny say something that he actually pulled himself together for just a bit to register what was happening. He was vaguely aware of him being led over to the couch, of Benny disentangling himself and taking Raj from him. The man did smile a little when he was kissed. His cute little son... weren’t he and Benny supposed to have lots more kids in the future? Anyway, it did seem that Raj was making a fuss about leaving but he was too out of it to suggest that their son stay.
It was no surprise that Adi fell back obediently against the couch, without a fight when Benny gave him a light push. He just sat there, his head resting on the back-top edge of the couch. He wasn’t even sure for how long Benny was gone. He could only see images of his father still. |
