Eliana had had it with keeping her nose in a book. Since the beginning of the new term the 18-year-old had done nothing but work in the falafel shop on weekends and study her brain to mush during school days and honestly, if she even so much as heard the words essay, syllabus or grades she'd lose it. And that was why today the Israeli witch was playing hookey at the Scamander zoo.

She wandered the paths with a bag of popcorn without any clear direction in mind and simply reveled in the relative quiet of the zoo. It was the off season, with most people choosing to remain indoors away from the english chill, but Eliana, despite being a hot-blooded creature, was just fine with the cooler weather- especially if it meant she had the zoo mostly to herself.
