Wait, wasn't this a POTIONS lesson? And a FLYING lesson? So why were they learning about all this healing stuff?
Granted, it made sense with the flying stuff - you could get hurt flying - and she supposed you could get burned if you weren't careful in potions. Still, when were they going to get to the FUN stuff? Learning how to wrap her wrist in a very unfashionable brown bandage wasn't FUN at all.
Still, she took the roll of ACE bandage and decided to go with her ankle instead of her original thought of the wrist. She sat down and propped up her ankle, taking the bandage and starting to wrap it. One of the benefits of having a brother who was in Healing school was that a LOT of this stuff was sort of familiar to her already. She used her finger to help make sure she didn't make the bandage too tight, using it as a buffer of sorts as she wrapped the bandage around her ankle and finger. Once she'd secured it, she took her finger out, smiling as she saw she was successful. It wasn't too tight, but enough that she could feel it compressing the joint.
Now on to the spell. She took her wand and pointed it at her ankle. "Glacius!" she exclaimed. And...nothing. OR...maybe that was a little breeze of cold air? Ugh. "Glacius!" she exclaimed again. Still nothing. What the HECK?
