The young Slytherin had frantically ran toward Professor Wayland’s hut with the letter in her hand. It didn’t really look like a hut, no it was more an A-frame…it was nice but that was beside the point. She had run in her uniform and likely looked like a mess now. Uniforms weren’t meant to be worn near the barns now were they?

Raising her hand she began pounding on the door, each second made her heart race. She was breaking the rules – so many of those new rules right now by acting this way. Messy uniform – check, being outside this close to dinner – check, being defiant…well that was a triple check.

”Professor Wayland?” she called out, as she knocked again. She wasn’t out of breath, no, she was nervous.
