What was all of this? Penny couldn't keep the look of horror from her face as the boy just KEPT ON talking. Over and over and over again. It was beyond her how he had so much to even SAY to her. It was mind boggling.

And what was Darts? Was it a weird extra curricular he had found? Was it CODE for something? Ah but there it came... she was able to decipher his code when he mentioned dueling. Okay then... "Ya know that isn't likely ta happen, yeah?" Or maybe it was with the new Headmaster/Professor at the helm. She sincerely hoped it wasn't a thing anyway. The mere thought of having to duel a classmate against her will was anxiety inducing.

AS was this kid's tendency toward rambling, because yes she had definitely noticed. As it were, she merely offered a slight smile and moved to gather glue, glitter, and paint brushes... and colored paper. Yes, that was what she needed! "I dunnae wha' yer mam likes... but mine likes anythin' handmade, yeah." Which is better than what she had thought at him... but luckily she had the power to think before speaking and thus didn't let random, potentially hurtful words tumble out of her mouth.
