| Derf mention *nods* Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict So far, the jury was still out as to whether or not the term was actually going to be any better than those previous. Honestly, Stasya was quickly developing a healthy dislike of certain requirements that had been put in place, but she was sticking with her resolution to act as if it wasn’t all bothering her. As long as the owls weren’t checked before being allowed to deliver their messages to people outside of Hogwarts, she felt like she was doing okay. Nobody had died or been locked in the dungeons by way of punishment as far as she knew, and the professors were still holding lessons as usual. It was making it all a little surreal, actually.
Dragon hide gloves had been slipped on before she’d even gotten to the greenhouses. Even though Professor Wishart was maybe nicer to look at than Professor Myers was (as in, there might’ve been a thought or two about figuring out if she could introduce him to her mama which obviously Professor Myers wasn’t a candidate for), she still didn’t trust his subject overly much. Herbology was maybe a step or two above Potions in her personal ranking, mostly because for the most part she wasn’t struggling with the idea of hurting animals in the lessons.
And she’d had a flashback to a lesson a couple terms earlier when she’d finally arrived to see Derf lurking near the door again. “Good morning Professor Wishart,” she said, sending him a smile even as she stopped her movement toward the tables and the plants. Hopefully he didn’t mind if she just stayed over near her friend to show support while courage was built up.
