Yearbook is primarily an OOC position. I am hiring YOU and not your character for the team - otherwise turnover would be complicated and such. Presently, on the Yearbook team, some people have their characters IC on it and others do not - and not necessarily for the role they are OOC. For example, someone who is a Scribe (hired for their writing) may have their character acting as a photographer IC because that fits them better. Other people are purely OOC as their on site character (or otherwise) would not be interested in being on YB. Just how IC you are or not is discussed in our subforum

I encourage IC voice of some sort for writers as it can help with motivation and a way to angle posts. But when you look at the credits page, it is usernames listed, not characters
