| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict The choice to have class outside in January had definitely piqued Stasya’s interest, if just because she’d noticed how Professor Marchand had been looking. Not well, that was, and she’d have thought being outside in the winter weather wouldn’t be good for him. Of course, she couldn’t really do much about that, since she was only fifteen after all and only concerned because he was one of her favorite professors, plus her head of house. Her thoughts about the professor were distracted by wondering about the weather, though. Maybe it was just because she’d spent time in New York over the holidays, but the fact it wasn’t snowing seemed weird to her. Plus, the dreariness seemed like it was threatening a storm, but it wasn’t actually happening. It was definitely odd, and she’d had plenty of time to consider its oddness on her many trips to the barns since the holidays were over.
She’d had plenty of protection from the weather, anyway. A sweater and a long-sleeved shirt under her robes, plus her thickest stockings and boots ere working well enough to keep her warm, along with her pink beanie and her gloves. Plus, she’d cast a few warming charms on herself before she’d left the castle. She figured she’d be okay. “Good morning, Professor Marchand,” she said in greeting to her head of house. “Maybe tea would be better than coffee?” For him, that was. Although she’d helped herself to a cup of tea too. It was too hard to resist, although she bypassed the muffins as she made her way over to a seat near Chloe.
Hopefully there wouldn’t be too much theory in the lesson today.
