"SpeRevelio!'' Rachel declared confidently and making the appropriate wand movement. She waited, her heart thumping in her chest. You see, she was quite certain she had seen a shadow in the greenhouse when she had been looking out of her window.
Standing there right now, she could see no one. Her spell work had not revealed any intruders or magic. Frowning, the young woman lowered her wand. Suddenly, there was a loud bark and Barkley bounded into view.
"Barkley!'' Rachel exclaimed in relief. "I thought you were a thief or something of the sort.'' Barkley woofed loudly and tried to lick her face while his owner laughed. "How did you get in though? The door was locked.''
This called for some investigating.
