 Reese ❤ Fluttery Pegasi
Quinn tensed immediately, though not at all in a bad way. It was very much a surprise, and oh this is nice sort of tensing up. It felt like time had slowed to such a crawl around them that it almost seemed to stop. The silence between the beats of her heart...and the sensation of his racing heart she could feel through her chest, seemed to go on for hours.
His smelled nice. Was that a weird thought?
And then it was over. Too soon. And she was perhaps smiling a bit wider than Reese had seen her smile before, those dimples now prominently on display for the world to see. Her face was quite red as well.
The moment Quinn realized this, she turned away, hiding her face until the heat in her cheeks and cool a bit. She almost ended up thanking him, still a bit flustered from the hug. But the hug had been his thank you, right? Quinn caught herself just in time and instead said: "You're welcome."
She glanced around, and picked up a chocolate frog box, just for something to do, fiddling with it lightly. "Em, so what was the plan tonight?" Up here by himself, with this wonderfully odd room he'd required.
