Difference between a charm and a transfiguration spell? His hand went up hesitantly. "Transfiguration spells focus on... changing the form of something that already exists?" There was something off about his answer, though. "Although they also conjure things..." he trailed off, sinking lower in his seat to make himself less visible. What did charms do, then? Didn't they make sparks shoot out of their wands? Couldn't that be called conjuring, too?
