Rylee did remember meeting Lydia in Diagon Alley during the summer. It hadn't been all that long ago and when the younger girl waved at her, she smiled raising her own hand and waving in return as well.

Ms. Rylee Prichard. She liked that. Everyone else had been greeted either by their first name or their last name. She had gotten both! Rylee smiled brightly. The professor need not worry about a thing. As he was telling her to find herself a seat the lioness had already done just that and was already waiting for the lesson to begin.

The lesson started then and all Rylee heard was ICE CREAM. Her attention was stuck on that she several moments trying to work out which flavor she might want when the time came to decide later on in the lesson. This was a very serious matter which only got worse when the Professor went on to announce that the Headmistress has agreed to the students having casual Friday's. That was definitely something she could enjoy for sure.

So absorbed in her own thoughts was she that if she hadn't heard the person next to her listing fictional authors she wouldn't have had any idea what they were even talking about. Oops. There were tons of books that she had read over the years. Several more than once as they were above her grade level the first time or two she had read them. "A few of my favorites are Maggie Stiefvater, S. E. Hinton, and Cassandra Clare," she spoke up raising her hand.
