"This look like a good spot?" David asked, looking back at Grace and Cissa as he nodded to an empty booth by a window. Holding his ice cream and Grace's ice cream in one hand and Cissa's in the other, he'd wait for them to sit and get settled before handing them over. Especially for Cissa. His daughter was only a couple months from being two years old - Merlin, that was a weird thought - but there was still the possibility that she'd drop or spill it.
Which, admittedly, could be hilarious. But also a waste of money, so y'know, he'd be responsible for once and make sure she was seated first. They all deserved this ice cream break before they continued their day off around Diagon Alley.
