We could ask him for some space in one of the greenhouses. Plus, we would have access to mint and other herbs to mix with the chocolate if we wanted."

She quickly reached into her bag and pulled out a small pad of paper and a pen. "What would we need to do this? How much to get us going?" She hoped he was still on board. If not, maybe she would give it a go either way.

Ewan was still shaking with enthusiasm. She had got out a note pad and pen! Thinking now, he ran his hand back through his hair. He did this whenever he needed time to think. "I've never met a professor before so...umm.. do you mind if I leave finding a space up to you? Although, that last one, in the herbology greenhouses, that would be really good! Think of all the different things we could try in our chocolate!" . Thinking back to all of his books at home, he wondered, what books might he need for this. "hey, I have some books at home about chocolate...I mean it's muggle chocolate but...what if we mix wizard and muggle chocolate and the way it's made? Like a best of both worlds type thing? It could be a game changer! we could even maybe... sell some of it?". His mind wandered now. Mentally, he was making a list of all his favourite muggle chocolate, all of the ingredients needed and what he may need to bring from home. Heaven forbid he forget something and have to wait for it to be sent from home!

"Should we maybe start from the Cocoa Bean? Maybe we could grow our own in the green house! Imagine all the different things we could do from scratch!". Damn... He couldn't wait to start!
